Dr. Hajir is a experienced and professional dentist. I have had experience with other dentists; and I had so much issues in the past. My previous dentist told me that two of my teeth were hopeless but Dr. Hajir was able to save my teeth; and my teeth have been functioning with no issues or pain for the last two years.

I had not been to a dentist in for ever. The last dentist I had gone to was the previous owner's of this very same clinic. As luck goes I broke a filling and hopelessly went to the same office. To my surprise I was recognized by the same friendly, smiley, bubbly receptionist as TWO YEARS AGO. I don't remember what I had for breakfast but she remembered my kids names. Melissa is awesome. The place looks a lot nicer than what I remembered. Clean, bright and all around nice and modern. I was booked in for the same day. Came back and was seen by the dentist who is a really nice and personable guy.

Just had a cleaning at this clinic today, and the hygienist, Young, was awesome! She was very responsive and careful about my sensitive teeth, and used multiple techniques to make me comfortable and get the job done. Plus, this was my first time here and their equipment was definitely higher quality than my previous clinic. For sensitive teeth (like mine), the technology made a real difference! She also gave me some good advice that I'd not received before, so I felt that was valuable too. Dr. Hajir is a wonderful Dentist as well--very friendly and knowledgeable. I thought that my first visit will be more of a one time trip as I was a patient of the other dental clinic in Richmond Hill. However, after great and supporting services I received, after knowledgeable and friendly staff I interacted with (Melissa and Teresa), I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs more just check-in/out type of visit.
Professional staff, reasonable charges and great customer service.

It all started with My sister, who was badly in pain around 8pm.. Her own dentist didn’t accept to help her at that time, it was late. They were driving around to find a dentist, Dr. Farahmand was responsible and truly nice enough to help my sister with the pain she had for about 2-3 hours!! After my sister, her husband went to Dr.Farahmand, followed by my husband, me and now my whole family! Thank you so much Dr.Farahmand for all you do to help your patients specially in this horrible time! I appreciate all your patience with me( i’ve always been scared of my dentist appointments). I have been going to Monica at Oak Ridges Dental for years. She is the best! She always makes me feel calm and explains everything she is doing so I know exactly what to expect. My son who was deathly afraid of going to the dentist loves Monica and doesn't want to ever go anywhere else. Definitely the best experience I have ever had with a dental office. Always friendly and attentive. Two big thumbs up!

An absolutely wonderful dental office. The admin staff are the most pleasant, helpful people and made scheduling a wisdom tooth extraction feel like I was a valued patient, despite never having been to the office before. Dr. Tavakoli and her hygienist were friendly, supportive, and reassuring. I did not feel pressured into making any decisions on the spot and was fully informed of all my options, including a comprehensive cost estimate. I have already recommended them to a family member and will be returning as a regular patient!

I actually love this office due to the amazing strength of the hygienists and office staff. Namely Monica, Simona and Melissa. These ladies make it a wonderful experience and I've referred many other families here based on the cleanings and professionalism of this team. It's very important that Dentists understand that these team members are what keep clients loyal to the practise. Good job ladies!
