Oliver J. Adams is an enthusiastic Business Coach, widely known as the "Coach". After serving 23 years in the United States Army he retired as a Combat Veteran and First Sergeant (1SG). Oliver has always been committed to the defense of this grateful nation and served with multiple honors. Oliver started selling real estate as a part-time agent in 1991 after the first Iraq War.
He quickly found his passion in real estate and worked hard to achieve his Brokers License in 1996. In addition, Oliver graduated in North Carolina from (GRI) Graduate REALTOR Institute and achieved an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. I have used all of their services. I have been a renter which I don't recall ever it being the responsibility of the tenant to repaint the house before moving out.
Tammy Noll, helped us buy our first home after renting and she was excellent!
When the Army moved us to Kentucky, we used Oliver Adams services for rental management and that's when things went sideways. Oliver seemed disinterested in protecting the homeowner and their interests. He expected the homeowner to repair items that were clearly broken by the tenants such as kitchen drawers.
Getting our rent wasn't always an easy task as
