We paid $4750 plus tax for the installation of the 60,000 btu furnace. Mike said that he could do the installation within a week when I called, which was good. I was just a little unsettled about doing so quick, because I didn't get time for other quotes. Mike never left us with the Commissioning sheet that is needed for the $800 Fortis rebate. I have asked for it twice since the day of the installation, and still haven't heard back from him. I also had to add supports for the plastic vent piping going from the furnace to the outside wall. ,since there was only one support in approximately 20 feet

I had to call after hours on a Sunday because our furnace wouldn't turn on after a power outage. Mike was able to come over within half an hour of calling, and fixed the problem very quickly. He was also really clear at explaining what he was doing, and what had caused the problem. Would definitely recommend him to friends and family :)

Michael was awesome. My furnace quit working Saturday night so I emailed him. He responded right away and came over first thing Sunday morning and got my furnace running. Then checked on it later that day to make sure it was still working. Thanks Michael your professionalism and quick response was very much appreciated
