Wanted a new high efficiency furnace. Called and booked an appointment, no one showed up. Gave them a chance and called back. they apologized and set another appointment. Guy showed up, spent a half hour taking measurements and discussing planning out the new exhaust piping. Told him I would open up the ceiling when they wanted to do the install so they cold run the pipes. Nice guy and I was happy with our plans for installation. A week goes by, no quote. I call, he tells me his one guy had a baby and is off so they're backed up. Waited another week, called again. He said he would get it done.

Just had Sam out to install our gas fireplace and BBQ hookups. Prompt, professional service and knowledgeable in his trade. In doing the safety check, he found and quickly repaired an error by a previous installer, preventing would could have been a MAJOR problem down the road. And the fees charged are very reasonable. (Having just received the bill, my husband is literally dancing with joy and surprise.) Thank you CT Gas! Will highly recommend to anyone needing gas services!
