Michelle Pennell was born and raised in Torbay, a small town on the outskirts of St. John's. While following in her mother's footsteps as an administrator, Michelle has now 20 years experience in the Administration field in multiple types of businesses but has thoroughly enjoyed the past 10 years in the Real Estate Industry.
Olga Hitchen was born and raised in St. John's. Her family operated Hitchen's Cycle shop on Long's Hill. Most would know it as Bill's Cycle Shop in recent memory and a St. John's landmark amongst local athletes for over 40 years.
It was quite common for a trip to Bill's to take an hour or more as patrons would show up to get services or products and wind up chatting with staff or other customers about local news, sports, who won the Royal St. John's Regatta, or the latest political scandals.It was truly a St. John's gathering and meeting place for many years.

Born and raised in St. John's, Vaughan Underhay has been involved in sales, marketing, and community service for over 40 years. After attending Memorial University of Newfoundland, Vaughan realized that people were going be the foundation of his business. Helping them solve problems and offering solutions would be his calling.
