This people are the worst if you missed an appointment every were else is 40$ but in this place is 100$ lol the secretary is the doctor wife so she makes her own rules whenever she wants 😒. The moment that you start ripping off your own customers that really shows who you are😢😢😢 it is really sad 😞.

Dr Bencak and his staff go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during my appointments. They have flexible hours and have seen me in an emergency in a matter of hours. Even during the pandemic, I was able to get an appointment for a dental checkup and cleaning very quickly. I highly recommend this dentist, the hygienists and staff. A trip to the dentist stopped being a scary thing because of this group of highly skilled professionals.

I had lost trust in dentist offices till i found dr,bencak. He is the most down to earth yet professional dentist ive met. Even when im uncomfortable about getting work done he finds a way to put my mind at ease and does his work so i hardly feel a thing because of how experienced he is. I actully enjoy going their.

I never have any issues during my appointments. Short wait times , always able to get in , nice front desk and dental hygienist .
Dr Bencak is warm and welcoming and always listens to your concerns. He goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable during any procedure.

Kristen is very thorough in her cleanings and is amazing at educating you about your oral health. She is so gentle and I actually find getting my teeth cleaned incredibly relaxing with her, to the point of wanting to fall asleep !
Dr. Bencak is very friendly and makes me feel taken care of every visit. Any questions or concerns I've had I am always left feeling very reassured. I appreciate how honest Dr. Bencak is and he is always looking out for his patients and their best interest.

Dr. bencak & dental assistants/hygienists are all great but his wife who is the receptionist has always rubbed me the wrong way unfortunately and when i called to cancel my appointment due an illness (which i have no control over obviously) she was very blunt and rude, i felt as if i were a child being disciplined by my mother. she has come across as cold and in a rush to get off the phone from day one. i will be switching dentists due to this awkwardness unfortunately. i believe the front office clerk’s approach and attitude makes or breaks an establishment especially in the dental field when

Great Dentist and staff, so sweet with me and my 4yr old son. The office is beautiful and clean and everyone is always so friendly. Dr.Bencak is amazing and explains everything so well. I feel very safe in his and his amazing staffs care. My family and I will be with them for life!!!
