After almost 3 weeks of waiting for someone to respond to my tax filing issues, and after numerous emails and phone calls to inquire about the my tax file, I give up, not recommended at all. Poor service standards, unprofessional and delayed response and overall a negative experience dealing with this accounting firm as a new customer.
