First time going there and happy i did. Receptionist very friendly and didn't have to wait long. Roz was fantastic, answered all my questions and explained the process to me while working. I was doing multiple returns, was completed same day and very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend Pinkney, took the stress out of my tax returns.

I've been filing my taxes through Pinkney with Rosalind for over a decade. My returns are fairly complex but Roz has always been quick to answer my questions and ensures my taxes are filed accurately and on time. Even though I moved out of town, I still go through Pinkney Tax Services because I trust Roz and I know I am in good hands.

I highly recommend Roz at Pinkney Financial. She is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. She has been working for Pinkney for a long time. I have been dealing with Roz for years and have never been disappointed. I don’t deal with Pinkney Financial, specifically Roz , because they are local. I deal with them because they are the best. My husband and I had our taxes done today at Pinkney and the service was 10/10. It was our first year having our taxes done in Fort McMurray and after being referred to Pinkney we were not disappointed. We walked in with no appointment and had our taxes filed within an hour. Sadie was so kind and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning next year.

We have had our taxes done here for the past 2 years and they have been great! This time we filed with Laura and she was fantastic. Very personable, kind and actually taught me about taxes and answers any questions I had! She was patient with me while myself and my husband looked retrieved one thing we were missing.
