Was quoted over $3000 to have my wisdom teeth removed by this office as I would have to get a special surgeon from Edmonton in (because my teeth are so bad apparently) Was recommended to another place here in grande prairie an was given a $1700 quote and that my teeth were more than doable by a surgeon here in grande prairie. Wouldn't recommend this place as they are apparently only money hungry.

Aside from them ripping me off $500 and claiming my son wasn’t under coverage, which he was. I decided to give them another shot. I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and snotty, I could barely understand her high pitched rude voice but she gave me attitude for not understanding her. As soon as I asked to make an appointment she snapped back “what’s your problem”? I’ve never left a bad review in my life, so this was pretty warranted.

I have always received professional and friendly service from the team at South 40. Everything from text reminders to rebooking and transferring of X-rays to my new dentist was convenient, and every checkup and cleaning was a positive experience. I would highly recommend them to take care of your smile.

Went for a filling, nerve damage in tongue and lip. They gave me pills( dexamethasone), Chris called them happy pills and effected my anxiety a lot. I also had to look online to find out I had nerve damage, a week after they did a physical exam. Cold shoulder and then best friend in one week. Was not aware of the potential for nerve damage and knowing now I am Chris's second patient this has happened to. I would have never let him do the filling.

Staff is very friendly and approachable. Very professional work and treatment options are explained in detail rather than just going with usual procedures. The surroundings are very comfortable and the waiting area includes self serve coffee, water, and juice as well as tablets available for use. The Best Dental Clinic I've seen. 😊

So to give you some background, I had the same dentist my entire life in NS. So I was disappointed about having to find a new one in AB years ago. When you've been blessed with a great one, anything else seems like it would pale in comparison.
Well, I have once again been checked in life about making presumptions. This place is awesome. I had been using one in another city that was modern and efficient but now I see I was duped. From the beautiful decor here, to the friendly and amazing staff, the efficient and informative appointments are nothing short of a perfect score in my mind. I have
