Each year, The Alberta Dental Association & College publishes a recommended fee guide for Alberta Dentists to follow. While it is not mandatory for dentists to follow this standard, our general dentists and hygiene team do follow the Alberta Dental Fee Guide, and our reception team can help you find out if your insurance company also follows the Alberta Dental Fee Guide (as some do not).

I broke my tooth at about 1:15 in the afternoon and made some calls. Wasn’t able to get into my dentist and a friend suggested trying his - Northern Dental Centre, and am I ever glad he did. Not only did they get the tooth filled by 3:00, I came away feeling like I had been treated like royalty. Dr. Rami and his assistant, Erna kept me informed about everything they were doing and everything they were about to do. In the state of mind I was in, that really helped.
So if you are looking for a dentist or if you have a fear of dentists, I strongly suggest you try this office out. Everyone there

I used to love my dentist. I’ve been going here for around 20 years. Dr smith was kind, helpful, let me do payment plans when I needed.
Was told my teeth were built up with a strong bond only to be told today it’s essential plastic and will brake.
Now it’s seems they just want your money, no care as a client/customer. No payment plans.
Really considering a new dental office.
They’re kind enough but I’d like as much customer service as before, not to go backwards.

Don’t use this form if you have kids. Dr. Smith has been my dentist since 6. I am currently 41. A new owner came and basically pushed my old dentist out and took over with out a cutesy explanation of where my dentist went. I continued attending my kids appointments there and today my son has his first filling and the dentist won’t allow me in the room with him as they do the procedure. They tried to explain the child does better with out the parent but I believe it’s my right to be with him. Very disappointed in the compassion here.

Absolutely the most amazing dentist I have ever been to! Dr Helmy and his assistant Erna helped me out huge. They were professional, accommodating, kind and genuinely friendly to be with during my procedure and they even worked my treatment plan to my budget. It took no time at all to get in and the Followups were in rapid succession wasting no time at all.

I give 5 star to Dr. Ramil and his assistant Sister Erna for doing an awesome job for removing my rotten wisdom tooth and put filling my cavities. Thank you, My kids are very excited everytime the have an appointed they feel happy for having clean teeth... And thank you for all they staff, they are very nice the always smile and say hi! Highly recommended Northern Dental Centre.

I am so impressed by Dr.Rami and the entire staff at Northern Dental. They did frenectomies on both my kids. Dr.Rami was exceptional with both my kids! He made the experience a positive one and was beyond great with getting them through the procedure with confidence and no tears!!!!! Every staff member is friendly! The Ladies at the front desk are professional and efficient! Best Dental clinic in Grande Prairie by a mile!

Had a badly cracked tooth , they got me in right away and felt with the issue ....great front end staff and dental staff. Went in for a cleaning and check up , Sabrina cleaned my teeth , great gal , very friendly and great at her job . I had enquired about bleaching, she made sure it happened that day , I also had some fillings that needed to be done and was all done that day as well ☺️ I have nothing but good things to say about this dental office ☺️
