Furnace quit on coldest and busiest day of the year right before new years eve. Called a bunch of companies and everybody was busy. Pro Service was able to come within the next hour. Although there was a mixup and a tech from a different company came earlier without calling ( which I thought was pro service) this company was really willing to move appointments around and fit us in with -35 outside with no heat and a new born in the house! I would definitely consider using them for real next time!

I booked tuneup services and the executive Mr.John visited my place as per appointment time, explained me each and every aspects and how to maintain (he identified that I have no idea about furnaces and humidifiers without telling him) did the job and fix the issues.

We were very pleased with the work provided by Daniel and his associate. They were prompt, followed health protocols, used covering to protect flooring coming in and out of house and were both very friendly. Daniel answered all questions we had and explained thoroughly what was happening. We were most impressed and will certainly utilize their services again!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! My A/C unit died. They sent John to service it. He was AMAZING! They were able to come the very next day! He called before he came and was on time & very professional. He fixed my unit & took the time to explain everything that was going on & gave me power saving tips! He even told me different options that I have for in the future with price estimates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company & John!
