I was once again very pleased with the products and services I received from East West. They were set up at Costco this year offering rebates on air conditioner installation and I feel like I saved a lot of money while getting a top-quality product. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. The installers were great and they even helped me troubleshoot another issue I had been having with my furnace, even though they had nothing to do with installing it. Great experience all around and I highly recommend East West to anyone who will listen!

East West installed a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner and a John Wood water heater. Took a total of 2 days for install. Technicians answered all questions and provided lots of information on how everything worked. They made sure that tarps were set out covering everything down the stairs and entering the work area. They were very respectful through the process and cleaned up after the install was completed. Very good experience. Been about 7 weeks since the install and everything is working great. Thanks East West. I have another small project but that will happen next spring and East West

I connected with this service through Costco. They were prompt in connecting with me and coming in for the in house consultation. They offered an excellent price for a great product for central AC. It was very competitive with other companies in Saskatoon. The crew came to set up the AC and were on time, diligent, detail-oriented, and professional. They spent the time to explain how things run. I have been using John and East West Heating Inc. for 20 plus years. They always are professional and have a great price. I used to price out new installs elsewhere but now I dont waste my time as they are always close to the best but there service and workmanship is the best in the city. I have had them install new water heaters, new furnaces, new AC units and service and fix the old ones and they never cease to amaze me. They even assisted me with some boiler maintenance at my business and they are even knowledgeable about that. I would highly recommend this business for all of your heating,

We just had a new water heater installed by East West Heating Inc.. After dealing with Dwight and Alison at the office to make a deal for the new water heater, which was a smooth, easy going process, we arranged for the installation of the new water heater the next day.
The installers Cory and Tyler arrived at our house the next day right on time. They did a remarkable job of installing the new water heater which was 2" larger in diameter than the old one.
