Dr. Miller is the owner of Complete Care Chiropractic. He is both your Barrie Chiropractor and your Barrie Manual Osteopath. He has delivered cutting-edge chiropractic and manual osteopathic treatment to patients not only suffering from pain but also to those who want to maximize their health, since 2014.
Dr. Tim Lahn has been proudly serving the Barrie area since 2016. It's important to understand that no two cases are exactly the same, which is why Dr. Tim uses an individualized approach to every patient he sees, and draws from quite a few different tools and techniques to get the best results he can.
I saw the strong influence of the drug industry on the healthcare system and I wanted to help patients with solutions that honored the wisdom of their body. This means addressing the root cause of what is creating their symptoms rather than simply masking the problem. That's when I was drawn to naturopathy.

Dr. Mike is the kindest person and very knowledgeable in his profession. I have had chronic back pain for the past five years from horseback riding injuries, and Dr. Mike was able to relieve that greatly after only a few sessions. I look forward to and enjoy my appointments very much; Complete Care has such a lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere and I would highly recommend to anyone seeking chiropractic treatment!

I highly recommend Complete Care Chiropractic. Dr. Mike is the best. He is very professional, listens to all my concerns, is very easy going and makes me feel relaxed and best of all helps my aches and pains! He can always book me in around my crazy schedule. With Covid happening, he is always sanitizing his space, wearing a mask, and following all guidelines to make me feel safe when I am there.

I have never been to chiropractor before.
I had an intense neck and back pain.
Discussed with Dr.Miller, he used his magic hands and knowledge to reduce my pain and bring it to end.
I think i choose the right Doctor around me.
Him as well his team is very polite and humble.

Due to a car accident I've been in and out of chiropractors since I'm 19. I LOVE Dr Tim!!
He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to address all your questions. You do not feel rushed like in other places. He gives you treatment specifically for your needs. Not a same shoe fits everyone type chiropractor.
Always gives you helpful exercises to take home and improve your muscle health. 100% recommend!

Very welcoming environment. Clean spacious office. Dr .Michael Miller takes the time to inquire about any concerns/issues I have. He will use a variety of different techniques/positions if my muscles/joints are being stubborn and not cooperating with the adjustment. I am very happy with the care I receive and highly recommend Complete Care Chiropractic

Dr. Mike is an amazing chiropractor. He is very professional, thorough, caring and kind. He takes the time to explain what the problem is, and the treatment he is recommending, in a way that I understand. Dr. Mike's care has helped my low back and neck issues tremendously. Dr. Tim is great! I've had issues with my shoulder for years now, I went to other chiropractors and it felt more like a Band-Aid, by the end of the week my shoulder was back to square one, but since going to Complete Care, I can honestly say, my shoulder has never felt better! I highly recommend Dr. Tim to whoever is looking for a new chiropractor, you won't be disappointed!

As a veteran with a myriad of muskulo-skeletal issues I have yet to find anything that compares to the weekly treatments I have with Dr Mike... I have been to a dozen chiropractors and Mike is a touch above the rest in many ways.

Dr Michael Miller is a very knowledgeable and caring chiropractor. With the sudden onset of debilitating back pain, Dr Miller (who was already fully booked up) stayed late to see me. With a full toolbox of techniques and methods, he reduced my pain by over 50% in that one visit! He takes the time to explain his approach and listens to any concerns that I have. I am a military veteran, and on my behalf, he communicated with veterans affairs to cover my expenses. I would highly recommend Dr Miller!
