We couldn't be happier with the high quality service and care that we have received here. They truly care for what is in the best interest for your pet. They always answer any questions we have thoroughly and make sure we are comfortable and understand any treatment plan. We unfortunately have had a couple of emergency situations and they went above and beyond every step of the way making the process much easier on us. Our dog that we have now loves to visit them and gets so excited to go to the vet!

On Friday Oct 8th, in quite a panic I called Romeo Pet Hospital to see if they had availability for me to bring in my kitty who was very sick. I wasn't being unreasonable as I knew that it was the Friday before the Thanksgiving long weekend. When they responded very abruptly (like I was annoying them by calling right before a long weekend) by saying, "We aren't taking any new patients." I asked the woman if she could tell me of a place in Stratford or anywhere that i could take my cat to see someone because I thought she was dying. She said "Sorry, i cant refer you to anywhere." I thought this

Great staff and very compassionate. Even was able to wait a bit longer for me to come as I was running 20 min late. Dealing with having to put my pet down is something that every pet owner will have to face at some point (there’s exceptions). They made what I had to deal with a comfortable for my giant rabbit and for myself as well.
They did nothing but want to make both of us comfortable and just wanted to help.

I brought my dog Ollie to Romeo for a check up and annual vaccines, the staff is extremely professional and always friendly. My dog, who is usually a very timid and nervous guy, is treated with patience and understanding while there. I feel comfortable leaving him in the hands of Dr. Leeann Sealey. The team shows the utmost kindness, care and compassion for all the their clients.

Pandemic regulations: Offers the service through the curbside pickup of your pet and ensures that the facility isn't crowded. Impressive handling.
Doctor/s and admin: Absolutely lovely. Explains the cause of the problem right to the detail and provides the best route for curing your beloved pet.
Fees: Reasonably priced against the quality of service they provide. Will absolutely return here in future for my dog's treatment.

I can't put it into words how amazing this vet clinic is, but I am going to try. I had to bring my kitty in, as she was very sick. She was old, and deep inside I knew what the outcome would be, and I didn't… want her to suffer so I called Romeo hospital. Without ever having been there before they took me in within 2 hours from my phone call. Dr. Hodge came out and explained to me what I already knew deep inside, that my kitty was not doing well and that I had to make a decision. Though I knew inside what the right decision was, I don't think I could really comprehend that it was happening

This vet clinic has provided me such excellent care for my cats I couldn't be happier! My pet had an accident at home and the vet not only took the time to provide the proper care, but actually took my cat home with her for the night to keep an eye on him and ensure he was comfortable. I was so impressed! They have always been reasonable with me when providing options for testing and treatment for my pets. Thank you so much for your excellent care!
