Witnessing daily the relationship between clients and their pets motivates me to continue to develop my knowledge and skills. I believe adding animals to our lives makes us better and healthier people. After hours I enjoy spending time with family, our dog Joy, and cat Lucy along with several pet goats.

I can't recommend this office enough! I recently adopted a dog that was rescued from China's meat trade who arrived with a clean bill of health, but had a cracked tooth that was becoming infected. I called on a Saturday to make an appointment and we were able to get in 2 days later (booking an appointment that soon is unheard of with most offices). Dr. Cruz was incredibly helpful, patient and genuinely wanted to help fix the issue. We booked surgery for 3 days after the initial appointment (again, unheard of to get in so soon) and every single staff member I interacted with either in-person or

Huge shout out of appreciation to Victoria for going above and beyond for my Mother and her cat. Knowing I live out of town, she really went out of her way to help ensure her cat safely gets there and his shots up to date. You’re a superstar!! Highly recommend. Very caring and compassionate in these hard times.

I thought my dog was having a stroke, and the staff at Coventry Animal Hospital were able to get us in and they were knowledgable, caring, professional and were able to get my baby girl back on the road to recovery. Then I went back to pay my bill and the staff at the front were very kind and understanding. Would recommend this company to anyone.

We always trust our two furr-babies in their care. On Labour day weekend, we had an incident and our little monster ate something he shouldn’t! He was throwing up and very very sick, we took him to night vet in… Brantford but they did nothing beside x-ray and sent him home, on Monday, which was a holiday he got worsen, he wouldn’t eat or drink and just seemed too weak! We thought we would have lost our 5 month old kitty! We called emergency clinics they all fulled so we were holding on to call CAH clinic as soon as they opened and they got him in right away and treated him, by
