Got a room one the 23rd floor, figured it would be nicer, same sized room but it was so hot I had to run the shower on cold to take cool off breaks. Phoned the front desk asking to be moved to any other room that may be cooler and they refused and only offered me a fan. Upon their response in offering me a fan I asked for a cot for my family member and I only received the fan. Very poor service for a higher end hotel…

Our stay was overall good. The service was amazing but the rooms are super outdated. The room was clean but there needs to be some serious Reno's. The mirror in the bathroom was rusting, there was tape on the legs of a dresser because it was chipped out, even the crib was like from the 1960's. But if it wasn't the service and cleanliness our stay could have been a little less comfy. The bed was dipping so I could not sleep on my first night. The couches were very very old. But definitely a 3 star rating for me.

The Chateau Lacombe made our "vacation" WAY more enjoyable than it could have been (after travelling to Edm for the World Junior Hockey tournament that was cancelled). After checking into our room, we asked if we could be moved to a different one with a view of the river. The staff member (knowing the misfortune of our trip) not only moved our room, but also upgraded us to a better room! This made our trip!

The staff was an absolute delight! The rooms were nice with great views and the bed was extremely comfortable. We stayed for three days over Christmas and then again at New Years. A very huge shout out to May from housekeeping, Christine from concierge, Don the doorman and Donna the manager:) We will definitely stay here in the future thanks again.

First visit/stay and will be my last. room was really poorly lite, pillows were hard as rock, no room service, there was NO hot water, like none. so no shower for me. Previous night we decided to go on a fancy date night, dinner at la ronde and then hotel. ordered ribeye steak, honestly it was sandwich quality for $56 dollars i was so disappointed, i saved up for this for a long time and was looking forward to above average service and quality none of which i received . first and last. Get your management in line and take care of these issues. if your going to brag about being a TOP notch hotel

I was here for 1 night during the Canada v Costa Rica world Cup qualifier. Hotel was not too far from Commonwealth stadium, so the Uber was decent. The room had a decent view of downtown. There is parking which is nice. The room was clean and had a tv, some charging ports, and washroom was a full washroom. Overall pretty decent hotel. Thanks!

Checking in was super uncomfortable because of the front desk worker Nitin towards me and my boyfriend upon checking in. Nitin Dalia wrecked my stay messaged me over his own phones trying to extort me so I would do things I don't feel comfortable sharing on a Facebook commentary. He was discriminatory towards me and my boyfriend, we are a mixed… couple, not sure what his issue was. Send messages about details of our room and our check in next day turning us away from that hotel while they let creeps like that be "supervisors" at their establishment we once enjoyed staying at on our family

Checked into my room and it was dirty. Could not contact front desk from the room, they kept disconnecting me. I had to go back to the front desk to get service. The manager used the excuse that they were just… busy. Checked into a second room and was also dirty. The manager said he would call and check in and didn’t so I had to go back to the desk. Was checked into a third room that was also dirty. The manager excused the unclean rooms as the result of an early check in, though the rooms were listed as cleaned and inspected so that excuse doesn’t make sense. Photos are of the

Where do I start? I came to the hotel to find there’s no parking for my truck because it is higher than 6 feet, no where on the website was this noted, I wouldn’t have booked a place where I have to drive across the street (to only walk back in the snow )and pay $20 to park on top of my hotel rental fee! The room is GROSS & that’s an… understatement!!! (6th floor) As I walk in the light is burnt out, a big black stain to the right, another red stain 5 steps in... The bathroom... hair on the shower walls & counter tops, white spots (looks like toothpaste, at least

My boyfriend and I traveled from out of town and stayed at this hotel for a weekend. Rooms were outdated, and we were placed right outside the elevator. High traffic made it hard to stay asleep due to always hearing the elevator and people talking. When we asked the from desk if they could do anything for us, like wave our parking fees ($21 a day) she gave us the excuse that we picked a room with a view. Which is unacceptable.

Having the pleasure of experiencing Christmas dinner last night gets rave reviews. Between our four, we tried all three entrees and, unanimously, they were superb. The dinner, the ambiance and the service were excellent, particularly the service from Colin M. He is a professional whose service, quick wit and attention to detail further enhanced a great evening out. This was our third Christmas dinner at La Ronde and our best. Kudos to all staff who made the event the most memorable.

Service is excellent here but I really wish this hotel would give the front exterior a facelift! I think it would really help give the hotel a whole new look. Debating whether or not to have my wedding here but… honestly it looks a little rundown from the front. The renovations they did to the tower makes it look more classy, but the other half needs work!!
