Services
The friendly staff at Guisachan Physiotherapy work to develop a personalized rehabilitation program and treatment plan for each patient. Patients receive compassionate care and effective results, receiving excellent treatment and attention each and every visit. At Guisachan Physiotherapy we feel each patient should be treated to the highest standards to promote wellness and rehabilitation, which is the basis for our approach.
As a result, only patients that qualify for premium assistance status are eligible for 10 treatments per year, which includes physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, naturopathy, and podiatry. Patients with premium assistance are required to pay a $50 fee per treatment, while the balance of the treatment cost is covered by the medical services plan.
Secure online video technology allows for face-to-face interaction between the physiotherapist and the patient when an in-person treatment is not possible due to social distancing. We will perform a full history to determine the extent of your injury and provide a diagnosis, examine range of motion and evaluate strength, and prescribe exercise and appropriate pain management techniques to reduce pain.
