Our Team Report

Tamara graduated with a Bachelor of Science from St Francis Xavier University in 1986 and her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1993. After working in Calgary she returned to her home town of Vernon in 1996 where she has continued to work in private practice physiotherapy.

Physiotherapy Report

Postural re-education and exercise programs to improve range of motion and decrease pain This includes treatment following a motor vehicle crash or work related injuries. A technique to treat chronic muscle tightness and pain.

Yes we are able to bill to majority of 3rd party insurers, for example Blue Cross or Great West Life. Please ensure you bring your policy card with you to first appointment. Please call us for information on Workers compensation claims, ICBC claims, MSP premiums and Veterans Affairs. It is a good idea to have your Care card number/extended health coverage with you on the first visit.
