Murphy Construction offers professional Construction Management services in all areas of construction including planning, design, pre-construction and post-construction phases. Our select team of Project Manager's is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from inception to completion.
Description: Murphy Construction and the Lil'wat Nation worked together to be approved for funding of the 7.21 million-dollar grant from the Government of Canada's Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development to build the 23,000 square-foot post-secondary school, the Ts'zil Learning Centre.
Description: Construction of a steel and concrete gondola parking barn on Blackcomb Mountain. As the Chief Executive Officer of the Lil'wat Business Group, I work almost daily with Murphy Construction Corp. to further our mutual goals of building capacity within the Lil'wat Nation and executing projects on and off reserve.
Description: MCC completed both interior and exterior renovations of the 32,000 square foot alpine lodge with renovations to building envelope, guest areas, kitchen servery and back of house kitchen. Also included renovation to Christine's fine dining restaurant. Completed in remote location atop Blackcomb Mountain.
This structure is a 23,000 square foot timber-frame building nestled into the mountainside facing the amazing Tantalus Mountain Range. This unique build is a testament to the wide range of services that Murphy Construction can offer. I am the prioress of Queen of Peace Monastery in the Upper Squamish Valley, British Columbia and, as such, the person responsible for the project of the construction of our monastery.
