Horrible service. They replaced the check valve and charged me $461 and the same issue came back again and they refused to do anything about it saying I have to pay again. I had to get another plumbing company who knows what they’re doing and they redid the installation and it worked..

They arrived on time. They constantly revealed they knew what they were doing. They were efficient, courteous, conscientious, and cleaned up all detritus. Have recommended JW to neighbours and friends. We now have an efficient gas water heater, two toilets that flush as wished and a fancy faucet set. It was to learn pedestal sinks may look great but require knowledge and expertise to replace parts.

JW Pumbing & Heating helped me on two occasions, once to install an air conditioning unit, and a second time for plumbing. The AC installation took about half a day. The two technicians were very clean, courteous, and careful, and explained everything to me. I was very happy and asked JW for a plumber to resolve an unrelated issue: changing valves on my washing machine and identifying the source of a water leak in my triplex building. The plumber was meticulous and conscientious, and also visited a neighbour's home regarding the leak. I recommend very highly.

I called them a few weeks ago because I had some heating and hot water issue.(Hot water is no longer hot from shower) They sent me a technician, I believe his name is Chris. He took a look and I think he wasn't too sure about the system so he called multiple colleagues and send pictures to get a better idea to understand the system. I like that, but unfortunately, all these time were still charged.
The issue was a check valve, he installed the check valve for me and answered any questions that I had for the system. I had some uncertainty about the bill material cost, emailed them and within 10
