1) the sensor was not attached at the valve
2) Pressure switched bypassed
3) poor installation quality on the outside mount
4) another company redid his work
I emailed him about these issues and he never wrote me back. Big thumbs down.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Sebastien for the purchase and installation of a mini-split air conditioning unit. The whole transaction was perfect. He is very professional and true to his word. He uses no pressure tactics.
The men that came to install the unit were amazing. Very nice, charming and polite. If there are 2 words to describe Sebastien and his team, they would be "TRUE GENTLEMEN".
