Established in 1966 by Franz Kastl and Paul Zuch, Kastl & Zuch Plumbing and Heating has been proudly serving the Waterloo Region and surrounding area for 50 years. In the 1960's, Franz and Paul had a desire to start their own plumbing and heating company to serve the many German contractors in the area. By the early 70's, they eventually branched out to become one of the major plumbing and heating contractors in the region.

We've dealt with K&Z numerous times for small wear and tear plumbing issues - faucets, taps, adapters, etc. They never cease to go above and beyond to help out and have sourced me parts for discontinued product lines.
Most recently Dale was able to provide me a very proprietary gasket for a pex swivel adapter. Which saved me $$ as I would have needed someone onsite to do a repair. Thank for all your help Dale much appreciated!

From start to finish this team was outstanding. We had hydronic in-floor radiant heating put in two rooms in our 1960's home when we realized the renovations we wanted to do would not accommodate the current floor radiators for those rooms. Rod was quick to show up and did a safe site visit during the pandemic, and followed up with an impressive quote. I had some questions about the quote which were answered within 24 hours via email. Tim and his crew showed up as scheduled to do the work, spent the entire day here, and cleaned up when they were done. They were very professional and courteous and
