We purchased a fireplace & had it installed. The front panel on the fireplace is warped making it difficult to remove & replace. When we called UC the owner came with a new part which had exactly the same problem.
So it's Napoleon's manufacturing at fault here.

Honestly could not be happier with our experience. We shopped around and there was no question in the end for value for money. As soon as we walked in to UC we were "warmly" welcomed (lol) and after a few questions we were recommended the perfect unit. Everything went to specs and our fireplace and specialty grill came in sooner than expected. Service technicians were extremely professional and patiently explained all aspects of the fireplace. Would totally recommend!

I am very happy with Ultra Comfort. From the very first call, Morris was responsive and came out the same morning to inspect our existing unit. He was very informative and professional in providing advice for selecting and installing our new unit. Wally and Jamal followed up with an excellent installation. They were on time, very courteous and careful in performing the install. I highly recommend Ultra Comfort for their quality services and reasonable pricing for any HVAC needs.
