I spent years having my insurance with Lisa and never second guest the service. This year I decided to shop and see my options, after realizing I had potential significant savings I contacted the office and asked for the cancellation costs and how come their competitor were able to lower my deductible and increase my policy at a lower cost. I was advised that it is because they do not have all my up to date information needed by desjardin since they transferred from state farm and that it is my responsibility to ensure this information is updated (yes, even if nothing changed on my end!). I wanted to switch insurance companies to state farm. I provided Tasha, the assitant, details she requested. They then wanted me to run around and provide other information that made no sense - my wifes driving history??? Why would they ask for my wifes history when she doesn't ride a motorcycle. I tried to explain, in writing, to Tasha that my motorcycle policy is different from my home and car policy and this should not in any way involve my wife. Unfortunately, this was a bit too complicated. I'm going to stay with my original insurance company. Reading reviews other people provided reinforces

My wife and I were looking for cars and found a great deal much more quickly than anticipated. We had to act fast before it was gone. Lisa responded within 2 hours to my initial e-mail and then Tasha helped us finalize everything in the few days that followed. In less than a week we had everything in place insurance wise for the new vehicle. We were very impressed with their speedy replies and great customer service.

Be advised. This branch of State Farm will misinform customers and then blame head office to cover themselves from any accountability. Their response time to getting back to customers they do not like hearing from is terrible, which may make sense. I would question the professionalism of at least 2 of their staff, especially the ones who's name is connected this branch.

Horrible, No Accountability, No Explanations. My insurance keep periodically going up, and the policies keep getting worse. I switched over from a very good company to Lisa's since I needed a good Bike policy, and in doing so at first i was paying $80 more then my previous. 4 years later and I ended up $1000+ more for insurance, and when I asked why.... i got a response that would drive you crazy. Luckly I keep all emails, but basically, she doesn't know why, they just get the rates from HQ and pass it on to the customer. I asked for a contact to someone that maybe could explain why I'm paying
