We dealt with Del Smith for several years before switching.
We did not switch because of anything they did wrong but switched to a family member to support their business :)
The family member has since retired and we switched back to Del Smith.
Chris was awesome and remembered us as well which was awesome
Got a great quote and will be with them now Until we no longer need insurance (so like forever lol)

What an amazing service! I wish I would have known about Delbert R Smith Insurance Broker years ago. This would have saved me the hassle and frustration of dealing with insurance companies. Thank you Chris for doing all the work for me in a timely manner (everything was done within 3 days). I ended up saving $850/year on my premium for a similar coverage. Definitely worth it!

Almost 20 years with Del Smith Insurance. In addition to always getting me competitively-priced insurance, Chris and Donna and the crew have been nothing but amazing in the years I've been with them. I had a few last-minute situations over the years where I needed my coverage adjusted on short notice, and these guys were amazingly responsive. Absolutely five stars.

Chris has been with me through a difficult divorce 10 years ago, a new home purchase, an above ground pool, car purchase, deer accident, another car purchase, and car insurance for me and both my kids. I feel he has always been looking out to get me the best deals possible.

I have recently had a few insurance issues to deal with, both private and for my company. Having run a business in both the UK and Canada, I have to say I'm always surprised when I get a service that's above the norm in efficiency, personal interaction and professionalism. Donna is, quite possibly, the worst listener of any insurance agent that I have ever encountered. After quoting me a rate of almost $1000 more than I am currently paying, when I asked for a complete explanation she completely ignored my request, instead going into a tirade of my ill-doings (I was late on several payments years ago and had an unpaid fine, all of which were quickly resolved). All this from a company that I was with for more than 20 years.
