Dr. Gagner has coached AAA hockey for over 14 years. Dr. Gagner has been married for 24 years to his lovely partner Julie and has one son Kayne.

My appt was for 345pm. At 425pm I decided to leave. Seriously 40min wait is reasonable? I'm glad they feel they can over book and make people wait. I waited 30 mins longer than I should have. God forbid you make them wait or forget a appt. Show your customers respect and keep wait times to a minimum.
