Our office offers chiropractic services with special interest in infants, children and pregnant women; as well as sports injuries, WSIB claims, motor vehicle collisions and overall wellness checks. Our goal is to work with you to determine the cause of your injury or feeling of discomfort and give you strategies and a personalized treatment plan that focuses on your individual needs.

Patient Guidelines and Procedures Report

1. Patients are to wait outside the clinic until their scheduled appointment time, at which time they may enter alone and proceed with hand sanitizing. 3. Patients will be screened over the phone, prior to their appointment and again upon entrance to the clinic. If there is a potential or perceived risk from the screen, we will advise you to be seen by your health provider.

Your First Visit Report

Your first appointment with our office can last 45-60 minutes. You will be greeted by our receptionist and asked for personal contact information, including any workplace benefits you have that may cover the cost of your visit. You will be given a Health History to fill out and return to our receptionist.

Very professional centre. They follow covid protocols consistently. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ormond, Chiropractor, over the past 6 months, as needed for different issues....shoulder, back, shins. I first started with Dr Ormond in November with a really sore shoulder. Thinking it was strained rotator cuff. With some therapy and exercises pain is completely gone now!
Still dealing with sore lower back issues but Dr Ormond has been excellent with helping those go away too. Easy exercise to follow and excellent therapy in office make this office my go-to! Thanks everyone! 😊
P. S. I used to hate the current haha but now I look forward to it because that and everything else makes my back feel soo happy. 😁

When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist sympathized with my situation and gave me a practical suggestion to ease my pain. At my first appointment with Dr. Ormond, he did not rush me, but addressed each of my concerns with the intent of correcting the underlying issues and not just minimizing my discomfort temporarily.
