I took the menu of the day. Kung Pao Chicken and Won Ton soup. It was cheap and good.

First time trying - the food was ridiculously hot and fresh when it arrived, portions were great, food was the regular comfort food type of North American Chinese food. Totally what we wanted and exceeded our expectations. Will absolutely order again.

Very interesting place, waiters are friendly and will always explain what the dish you ordered will look like, also they do ask beforehand if anyone has any sort of allergies! Price wise it’s cheaper than any other restaurants in downtown!
It is super clean and I bet you will have a better quality than what you are paying!
I totally recommend this place! I have not ordered takeout or takeaway but I guess it will be as good

Must have item on the menu is their Japanese Tofu with Eggplant and Minced Pork in Clay Pot. It is the best in town! The tofu is crispy on the outside but so soft on the inside. I order it every time! Also try their beef short ribs on sizzling plate, spicy chicken with wine sauce, and their deep fried chicken knuckles! 😋😋😋

Service was terrible, the waitress just threw the plate on my table. Please see the pic for the item I6 which I ordered. The Taste was OK she said it was spicy but it wasnt at all!!!! I had to add siracha to make it taste better. There were 4 pieces of shrimp and very tiny portion of chicken.

Best Chinese restaurant in town. I’ve been eating there for a year now. The portions are very generous. Not at all expensive for the portion and taste. It tastes amazing. I really recommend this place especially if you’re super hungry too. The waiters are always super nice and welcoming. You have a lot of places it’s vaste so you can also keep comfortable. Even the sauces with the springrolls as an appetizer are super super tasty

First time trying here. The receptionist was pretty short and rude. Ordered take out and I ordered the Pad Thai. A very simple dish. Sad to say I was not impressed. It was very bland and the ingredients were not great. For example, there was celery in the pad Thai. Why is there celery in my Pad Thai? They also used the thin vermicelli noodle. Very strange pad Thai. I will not be ordering pad Thai here ever again! I may try something else though like a general tso chicken.

Very nice place, I order often through Doordash. Food is fresh, special compliments to the tasty Buddha's delight. They also offer vegetarian Shanghai noodles which are for some reason hard to find in a non-meat option.

My mom and dad have been enjoying the food here a lot lately.
Every time we’ve ordered after the curfew started, the food was a hit.
The general Tao is tender and the Singapore noodles are well seasoned.
Lately, they’ve been working hard on their flavours.

The eggplant with tofu and minced pork is the one dish I would drive all the way to downtown for. Delicious especially on top of a bed of white rice, reminiscing food I had growing up. Beef fried noodles with Chinese brocoli was tasty but portion was 30% less vs other restaurants, so this can be improved.

My colleague from work introduced me to this restaurant. We ordered food via UberEats once at work for lunch. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered again recently with my family. I am a vegetarian, and of course I cannot have general Tao chicken. In the past, I tried general Tao tofu from another restaurant, I was disappointed. So I didn't want to take a chance again at PM. While I strolling through the menu, I general Tao eggplant, and it grabbed my attention. We had general Tao chicken and eggplant and beef chow mein. We each enjoyed our dishes thoroughly. My eggplant dish was mind blowing

Ordered food. Came with 0 chopsticks. I don't understand.

Expected some chopsticks from a Chinese resto. Apparently I'm wrong.

Food is fine.

Tried last week, and I enjoyed the food. It’s affordable very reasonable pricing. The service was fast as for the food quality it was good. I wished it was bigger so you’d have your privacy and not really close to another table.

I know there is better out there, but I enjoy the food here. This time my soup didn't have green onions which was disappointing but overall I have a positive experience in person or picking up. Great for students.

I ordered Veggie PadThai & Szechuan Tofu.

The PadThai was tasted exactly like stir-fry noodles with peanuts. There was no tamarind sauce. No salt. No red chilli flakes. The PadThai competes with the worst I've had and wins hands down. The only way I could tell it was PadThai was from the lemon wedge it was served with.

The Szechuan Tofu was just fried tofu with green pepper & onions in Soy sauce. Where is the spice ? Where are the chillis ? Or have they invented some new Szechuan sauce which is exactly soy sauce ?

For anyone planning a visit

The food was really great and the prices reasonable. Me and a friend had gotten the mah poh tofu and the pork belly. Yumm. Service is meh, but it's not anything that ruins the dining experience. Would recommend.

Ordered on the website around 2:45 pm. After 45 minutes I had no food so called the restaurant. Woman said the food was ready but they didn't have someone to deliver it so it would be another half an hour. I let it go that by then my food would be cold because I was really hungry. After another 45 minutes my fiance called this restaurant, and same story. Another 30 minutes at least they said. Are you kidding me?!? Totally unacceptable. Cancelled our order and the person on the phone from the restaurant actually reprimanded my fiance! What a joke!

Americanized chinese food. Taste is okay but the general tao and orange beef were mostly breading and almost no meat. Cheap price though but would rather pay more to have real meat instead of breading.
Service was excellent!

If only I could give this place zero star. I literally just got done eating from here and I have to say, the servers were RUDE! The first server was upset because I said, I wasn't ready to order so she walked off(started speaking Chinese) and have the guy come take our order. Then I asked to substitute shrimp for chicken and he wasn't happy. He looked annoyed even when my boyfriend asked for a brisk tea. Horrible customer service.

For food, it was also horrible. The pork belly was very bland and the noodle was also bland. I usually pack leftover but I didn't even bother. The sweet

THE WORST. The pictures are NOT what you get. I'm trying to cut down on carbs so last night I ordered the wings, the seafood soup and ribs........ribs of course being all meat. Instead of the ribs they delivered something like General Tso or something breaded with a sweet sauce. So I thought I'd take the breading off and it turned out there was NO MEAT, not one scrap, they were just lumps of dough. You can see from the photos. Also in the photos is the "seafood soup". You see that tiny piece of shrimp? There were four pieces just like in an entire quart and the rest

Pretty good for a town town cantonese restaurant. Ginger lobster was amazing. Lamb just as good. Hot and sour was average. Lost a star for that.

Everyone needs a go-to-quick-fix place and PM is mine!
When all else fails or if I don't know what I really want or it's late and i don't want to think about food there is always PM. Honestly for fast-food Chinese it feels pretty clean and on the less greasy side. My favorites are the noodle dishes the shrimp dishes the beef with ginger and shallots and the short ribs. The duck is going to happen soon!!!

Someone on FB said this is a great place. I tried it! Twice.
First time... bit salty
Second time....still a bit salty, after telling them low salt.

Portion size is small.
Their Garlic Spareribs (their gold label)....is nothing more than fried ribs. No garlic taste at all.
House fried rice has Chinese sauage in it.
Peking pork is orange sauce?!?...tasted okay. I've had better.

Whoever said this place is a must try when you are in Monteral, you need to travel around and taste some real food....or up your expectations.

I gave two chances to this place and i am done with it.

I really enjoyed this restaurant, the option of having soups in small, medium and large is particularly appealing and the Tom Yum was oh so very good indeed! Dou Miao is one of my favorite Chinese vegtables and PM did it the best so far in my experience, not salty at all with a light garlicky flavor that was simply scrumptious. The egg rolls were a little disappointing, quite bland, so I wouldn't order them again. Table service was very responsive; food arrived quickly from the kitchen and the price point was inexpensive imo. This little resto will stay on the rotation for sure when I am visiting

Its good enough for me for last minute nibble. Many tables, smile service. Many choices. Fast.
