The co-owner of FACE fixed our furnace and it is working well; however we were charged 4 hours of labour for a job that took 1/2 hour. As part of labour, we were charged for the time it took to go to the shop for the “tester” and the time it took to pick up the part (2.5 hrs). An additional hour was also charged for paperwork needed for the warranty. Lesson learned: be sure to ask up front what the labour charges will include?

Dwayne and Matt know their stuff! They were so professional, and friendly; it was refreshing to see how they deal with their customers. They gave me a reasonable quote (I got multiple), they told me what was wrong with my unit, and gave me legitimate and trustworthy options.
They were on time, on budget, they did a very clean job, they cleaned up after themselves, and to quote Dwayne, "leave the job cleaner than you found it". They even zip-tied loose, related wires next to the furnace. Like, whaaa? Wow! I'm extremely happy. House is getting cooler again. Yay!
