Originally from Manitoba, I made the move out to Lethbridge in the spring of 2016 simply for the fact that there are more opportunities for spectacular hiking, camping, failed snowboarding attempts and outdoor activities. I love to get outside any chance I get despite my pale complexion, as well as travel and explore!

Krystal is amazing , I went with a sore hip I’ve had for years , she works hard to get to the spot and I have way more movement than I have in years, I can actually sleep on that side without pain , always had sore calves at back of my legs , umm not no more , she also gave me stretching advice and helped so much. Thank you Krystal you are amazing ❤️

Steph and James are the best physio team in the city! They got me back on my feet after a knee injury that resulted in surgery. After a full recovery, I am so thankful for their assistance.
Kiarra is the the most caring massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I always feel so relaxed after seeing her and her cupping is by far the best I have ever had.

It was my first time at Elevation and for the most part I enjoyed the experience. The massage part was great and any concern's I had were met, however I had a hard time relaxing and feeling that spa like atmosphere because for the entire 45 minute massage I could hear 2 men talking very clearly. Any noise outside of the room was very easily heard including other people's conversations and music. I will definitely still look into re-booking and see if this issue can be resolved because all of the staff members I met were very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable.

I was referred to Elevation Wellness by a sports doctor. I have had multiple back surgeries and am awaiting shoulder surgery.
Kiarra does an incredible job of assessing my needs and tailoring the massage to meet them. She is very professional and even more personable. Kiarra has provided the best therapeutic massages I’ve ever had! There is a noticeable difference after each massage.
The setting has a nice calm, relaxing environment - the rooms are decorated very nice and are very clean and organized. The online booking system is simple and easy.
