I recently had a HydraFacial from Angela and the experience was excellent. It was the best HydraFacial I have ever had because of the care, knowledge and professionalism Angela displayed. She really cares about your skin and the experience she is providing! I had a lovely visit and felt completely relaxed and recharged after.

No online booking so that’s not the best. I heard good things about this spa but left thinking I will not go back. The woman who did my pedicure sounded like she hated her job and would have liked to be anywhere else. Also found it necessary to comment that my toe nails were cut way to short as she put it. I probably would have been fine with hearing this if she had delivered it more of an informative tone. She really just made it sound like I inconvenienced her. The pedicure was done well but pricey.

Both my wife and I had a relaxation massage and it was probably the best we had ever had. The massage therapists were extremely professional and kind. They created a safe and peaceful environment for us to relax. Their techniques were absolutely incredible and it made a real difference on how we feel. A huge thank you to them! Next time we visit Victoria, we'll stop by!

I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage with Jill. Excellent service and I left feeling very relaxed. The changing rooms and the lounge where you wait to be called for your service are very nice and well appointed. Jill was interested in making it a great experience by checking in with me about areas of emphasis, amount of pressure etc. The robes are also fabulous A perfect activity for a getaway to Victoria.

Very clean and beautiful space. The lounge and the treatment room (soft lighting and music, candle light) were very relaxing, pretty and comfortable. Very professional staff, and accommodating. Especially appreciated how calm the experience was (did not feel rushed at all from start to finish). Came out relaxed and glowing. 100 percent would recommend this spa.

We had a wonderful time at the Spa Magnolia. Booking was easy - and we were looking for a couples massage (with different goals in mind for each of our massages) and a hand and foot treatment as well. The spa is wonderfully decorated and appointed and comfort extended from the lounges to the dressing rooms and back into the treatment rooms. The massages were wonderful and met both of our hopes and needs - and the hand and foot treatment was as well. We will definitely be back when we are back in Victoria! Thanks, Spa Magnolia!

Wife and I stopped by during our weekend getaway, the staff was very professional and ambience was calm and relaxing. Locker/bathroom was very clean and well kept. We both got facials and eyebrow wax, I found it competitively priced for other spas in the area. Definitely be back next time we stay the night in Victoria

Cons: I got an one hour Swedish massage but the massage was only max 45 mins. The masseuse was also not professional , the guy didn't know what he was doing. Pressure , skills , attitude were not worth $100. I will probably only pay $30 for this

I have been to many spas. I found this one to be ok. I got a pedicure with no polish. When I got home there still was some polish on my nails that was not removed. The person at the reception argued with me about what a Swedish massage was until I told them to google it. The shower head did not work properly. The waiting area was a bit budget.
When I go to a day spa it is to be spoiled. It is a treat and I expect to feel like an goddess through the full experience. I have always felt this way at other spas. I did not at this spa.

Absolutely wonderful! After receiving a gift certificate, I booked my waxing here and was blown away! Staff are professional but friendly, the place is spotless and the waxing I received was the best I've ever had! It's a little more expensive but the quality is top notch! Will not be going anywhere else for waxing!

I booked a 1 hr pregnancy massage there with Kerry (one of their RMT's), and my husband had a regular massage with him. Very nice atmosphere, attentive/knowledgeable staff, and you can take a nice shower with their amazing products once you are done with your massage. Will certainly be back! Oh and they were so reliable getting back to us to book our appointments, since I had left them a voicemail on Easter Sunday.

You would never know this was the former location of Hugo's Nighclub. The spa is beautiful. My husband and I went for side by side couples massages which begins by relaxing with some tea in the lounge. We were then taken by two registered massage therapists (good to know if you have extended medical!) for a half hour of bliss and relaxation. My only wish is we had booked a longer session! It was the perfect escape for two tired parents. Will go back for sure.

My first visit to the Spa Magnolia, and so glad I went! I received a wonderful pedicure in a lovely setting, from a skilled and knowledgeable attendant. I called for an appointment and they were able to schedule me in within an hour of my call. I left relaxed and uplifted, with very happy feet, and will certainly return there for some other type of service again... their massage and facials sound divine.
