I have found my new spa home! I have been to other spas but have never felt the need to go back. The treatment was nice but their tacky business practice left a bad taste in my mouth. I received a Relax and Renew gift certificate in December and used it in January.
After the treatment I went to the desk to provide my certificate and leave a tip. I was advised that the Relax and Renew was no longer on sale, so I had to pay the difference! It wasn't much money, but what's the point of buying a gift certificate for a particular treatment?
