Went to salon asked for perms , lady gave me card said ,book an appointment ! Came home texted her - dint reply ! Called her dint pick up, next morning - called in store 3 times no one answered , called her on cell -no luck ! Called again in store lady asked to book an appointment on website , i did ! Got confirmation from there end ! Went to salon ,got denied , dint treat me very well , talked to me rudely said we dont have time even though i had appointment which they confirmed themselves! And not to forget -overpriced! Got my perms done for $150 they asked for $250.

I am satisfied with the service provided by my appointed hairdresser. I just walked in and it was explained to me that, it's first come first served. If you agree, you are issued a number and asked to wait, if there are seats available or go browse around the Mall, until you are contacted by phone. I went browsing and never saw the time moved fast. I am happy with my hairstyle. Thanks again!👍👍👍

This is the best barbershop in all of Toronto even tho it's in brampton. The barbers know what there doing plus the vibes of the shop when you come in is very warm . But for me what I don't like about it is that I had appointment last week showed up on time and the hairdresser that was there took someone else even tho I was supposed to go next . And she couldn't multi-task I waited for 1 hour but then some.guy came dropped of food and she had the nerve to ask if I can wait 30 more minutes to get my hair done so she can have lunch who does that aren't the customers always first I understand if she

One of the WORST barber shops I experienced. ONE of their BEST barbers left this place and I don't blame him. They lack respect and professionalism. They are extremely RUDE especially the big teddy bear looking guy with the big eyes and the guy with the blonde hair. I ask them bout one of their barbers and they became so salty lol. I truly hope this place shuts down.

There is no doubt that the barbers are very good at what they do. I have been there twice and both times I was very satisfied with my hair cut. However, there needs to be some major improvements when it comes to wait times and general customer service skills.
Today, I arrived at the shop and got a ticket at 11:48am and I was not served until after 2:00pm. My mom and I literally went to four different places in the mall during that time. That is a very long time to wait by anyone’s standards and it is simply unjustifiable.

Let me start off by saying I came here because my friend told me it was "the best for mixed hair".
So I'll explain the whole appointment from start to finish
My appointment is at 4, I come in at 3:50. A lovely lady said that the person doing my hair would be ready shortly. She was sitting in a chair fussing with her own hair. I think "I'm early, it's okay".
She calls me over around 4:10 and asks what I want to do. A small afro cut and a dye. My hair was shoulder length and in a knotty ponytail so I suggest she washes it to make it manageable. She doesn't wash it and proceeds to take through

From the first visit a few years ago my son will not go to any other barbers. I introduced my nephew who lives in Scarborough and he make his dad drives all the way to this Location to get his hair tailored the way he wants it. Of course we all have our personal favourites. They will wait however long it takes to get their favourite guy.
The barbers are all great. They are friendly very happy and super talented. The carribean vibe there makes you fell very good. My son will have me wait endless hours to get his hair cut, but it is worth it to see the end result.
It is fascinating just watching

Being from downtown your not used to the time and attention that Omar took on my hair. It literally was almost an hour of diligent work.
He's an exceptional barber and the pricing is very reasonable. A comparable barber downtown is minimum $50 with Tip. A men's cut for me was $25 here.

Fade (10/10) - Incredible fading job.
Service (8/10) - slow as Omar takes his time to ensure quality cuts but there have a registration system that places you in a line. Do it in advance and you shouldn't have a problem getting your slot filled on time.

If I could rate them less than 1, I would-- I didnt even get a chance to rate their actual service bc they let me book an appointment for a tie before they're atually open! I showed up and the store was closed, waited 20mins, then left... I'm not giving g my money toa business that doesn't perte in a timely manner, or is organized! Do not have… anoption to book online if you are not going to honour it, and do not put times available if you're not going to be open at those times! I have an important event and was suggested your shop... I'd rather patronize a business that's going to overcharge

It's really bad never again I went there and I left with out a hair cut too slow and plus all the time I was waiting some of their friends comes after and they get served before you I complain the guy said he was waiting for a long time while I was there for 30 min already and this guy came in I left with out a hair cut I was there from 12 pm to 130 pm and in an hour and half they served 2 clients like seriously
