Absolutely amazing with women hair cut, colour, balayage and styles. ALL of the staff go out of their way to assist you, as a great team would do. It's like you're there with friends and engaging in conversations with compassionate, wonderful ladies who listen, and I'm proud to recommend them. I've been going there for about 10 years and I will not change salons.

First, YOUR job, the pre-prep to your appointment: Be prepared for what you want and are hoping to be done with your hair. I recommended going to the salon with pics not only of what you want done, but also what your hair looks like at its best, and also at its natural state - no products and no styling done... Just air dried so your stylist and know what you'd like and what they're working with... It isn't fair to you or your stylist if

I had my post-pandemic haircut for the first time in 2 years, and Rouba did an amazing cut that was exactly what I wanted...low maintenance but with dimension. I also had my hair coloured for the first time in my life ! My hair was jet black, and Rouba gave me some chocolate highlights, enough to make a noticeable difference, but not too much that it was too loud -- and that would grow out easily. I'm very happy with the entire experience -- and finally found a new salon and go-to stylist in my new neighbourhood. Thanks Rouba!

I am so thankful that I booked with them. Sue made my hair prettier than I even wanted! In addition to her kindness and diligence. Although my hair was made up of three colors, She showed it in this way in the least time and the best look!! And most importantly, without hurting my hair! AMAZING SERVICE! This was my first visit to this salon, and I had Nor as my stylist. She brought my hair back to life! She listened to what I was looking for and I left with exactly what we discussed in the consultation. I couldn't believe this was my hair after we took pics of it! I'm so grateful for your amazing skills Nor!!! Can't wait to visit again!

Love my hair! This is the second time I’ve gone to HairWorks and I absolutely loved the outcome each time. I first did a balayage then a full colour, both with Nor. She’s amazing and knows what’s she’s doing. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. HairWorks is my go to salon!

Unplanned but worth ! Jus read review gvn by only one person and thught of going thr for my root touch . Called them and Susan whom I did speak with was happy to give me an appointment the same day . As it was near to my house so wasn't difficult in finding the place . Warm welcome ! they follow all the covid rules strictly and all the staff are super friendly splly Susan who made so easy for me in helping me to decide the colour which will look gud on my hair . She also gave me a free bow dry on hair as this was the first visit .

My boyfriend came in to get his hair cut on Sunday March 8 2020 and was taken in for his appointment with no issues, staff was pleasant and on time. He got his hair cut in what was a super rushed time as they… were busy and the stylist wanted to get to the next person. She finished, he paid and when he got home and cleaned up O.M.G I couldn’t believe that they deemed this an acceptable professional hair cut!!! It was completely on an angle from one side of the head to the other (pinky length difference) and not even cut evenly. He got an undercut and the lines weren’t even clean
