Hats off to Certified Roofing....Our roof was severely damaged in the recent rainstorm/wind and they were able to send someone out to help. I called at least 14 companies and they were the only one to help most did not want to do a repair. Thank you and I recommend highly. Bravo!!!!!!!!!!

Dealing with Mark from Certified Roofing has been a very frustrating experience. I had my roof done June 2020 and have been experiencing a leak in my upstairs bathroom, during heavy rainfall, since then. Phone calls go unanswered and messages are not returned. The only time I was able to speak with him directly was if I called from a different number. I have always been polite and professional during this frustrating time. He sent someone to 'fix' the problem 3 months after I reported the leak but I experienced a leak again during heavy rainfall in December. Again my call went unanswered and message

Mark and his team were excellent. My roof was leaking and needed to be replaced. They gave me the best quality and to fit my budget. The builder of the home had no tar paper or vapour barrier or ice shield under my original shingles. I even had water coming between my porch roof and brick and they fixed that too! I am really happy with the BP products and shingles. Would recommend Mark and his team to anybody.

I had my roof done 2+ years ago, I think in November. Should have left a review a long time ago though. Guys worked with all safety measures in place, which was a relief because, I heard a lot being responsible for safety of my work site. All went well. About 6 months ago I noticed one of the shingles being lifted and sent them an email with a picture. It was fixed within a day or two.

Don't bother contacting Certified Painting! We hired them last fall (2019) to repaint our deck. Certified sub-contracted it out. We wondered if it was too cold or too wet by the time they started, but the painter went ahead. Upon completion, we were asked to pay the amount (over $3000) in cash, and told it would be much cheaper than if we wrote a cheque. We did do it by cheque, and paid to the invoice Certified issued. It looked beautiful ... for about a month. It began peeling before Christmas, and now 10-11 months later looks terrible. We phoned Mark Elliott multiple times. He put us off by mentioning

I agree Mark and his team were professional through the experience. Mark also educated me to make a better decision. I had 3 quotes, I did my own research and I came to decide the product he was using was one of the best. The reason I am rating a 4 star and not a 5 star as I had wished the clean up was better. I had many plastics wrappings and I still pick up nails. Over all I would recommend Certified Roofing.
