Mr. Gauthier was a great project manager. We had him replace our roof, windows, siding, soffit, and eves.
When he provided a timeline he met it. He was fantastic with ongoing communication. Quick to respond and very thorough with explanations.
Quoting was very fair and accurate.
I would highly recommend Gauthier for your roofing and or renovation projects.

I was in the market to have my roof replaced and had consulted a few local businesses for quotes including Gauthier Roofing and Siding. Everyone provided their quotes however this company was the only one who followed up immediately to see if I was satisfied with the quote and if I had any questions. Ron was was extremely thorough and explained… everything. Not only was he extremely cordial, I dont think he sleeps because he will answer an email any day or time of the week. I would recommend Gauthier Roofing to everyone. This was the second time that I referred them and this job in particular was for my moms home. I can't say enough about this company. The communication from the first point of contact was incredible. My mom was impressed with the workers as they were very professional, left the job site clean and spoke with out using vulgar language as they worked all day. When my mom had questions they took the time to answer any of her concerns.

Was very happy with the work as crew showed up on time. Clean up was excellent, which to me is one of the most important part of a roof being done. Ron was easy to deal with and very patient with all my questions my wife had and accommodating. Frank the foreman was personable and a pleasure to chat with. We hired Gauthier's to install new eavestrough and downspouts and are extremely happy with the results and the price. Ron provided an estimate within a day or two of contact and answered all questions just as quick. They showed up when they said they would, completed the job when they said they would, and cleaned up like they were never here. That alone in this day and age is worth 5 stars. They provided a quality product and quality workmanship. The staff was friendly and professional. We are very happy with the process start to finish as Ron and his team made it very easy. Mr. Gauthier and his team were great to work with - very responsive, friendly, and helpful. They worked quickly and accommodated our tight time frame. Both Mr. Gauthier and his office manager Danielle took the time to answer our questions and assist us in selecting the shingle colour for our new roof. From the beginning right through to the end. We recently had our eaves troughs and down spouts replaced on the whole house along with new gutter guards. Gauthier exceeded our expectations with quality and workmanship. The colour match was perfect. Customer service was second to none. The work was done to perfection and in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company and am very thankful to the owner and his employees for their professionalism. Great Job Team!
