Blackburn Automotive & Alignment

This automotive shop is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The owner Rodney is a stand up guy. I have never felt oversold on any of the repairs and he is reasonably priced. Would recommend anyone in the Milton area to go here for high quality service.

Excellent customer service and honest advice given. I booked in for a full service and was told that after inspection it was not required and to save my money for the next service interval. In addition they managed resolve a steering issue (no cost), which I am sure any other garage would have charged my $$$ for. Its very hard to find trustworthy and honest mechanics but these lovely mechanics at blackburn are so honest and hardworking.  I called them 4:30pm and they told me that I could come in the following morning. They serviced my vehicle right away and they were very pleasant throughout the whole service. Fair pricing, great location, quick service and the workers were all friendly. This is the 3rd time Im trying them out and I will be coming here for all of my car needs. Thank you for repairing my vehicle Blackburn Automotive.

I was referred to blackburn auto by my tow truck driver after my car had broken down. He said they were trustworthy and very helpful and they did not disappoint! Rod is very friendly along with the rest of the staff there and they do an excellent job with taking care of all your auto needs. Definitely recommend! :)

One line review : I felt ripped off..!.
Long story: My Forester had 2 broken studs, and needed studs and lugnuts replaced on one wheel. I was afraid to drive up to Mississauga Subaru dealership and looked something local. Went here on Apr 20, showed it to mechanic, he talked about how few cars might need bearing replaced etc, Nad in 15 minutes says he is done.. I look at the wheel and I don't see any sign of it removed let alone studs replaced. I was charged $115 for "wheel alignment".. They apologized for the mixup and asked me to come today.. Within an hour actual work was done, and I was presented

I stopped into Blackburn and spoke to Rod about what I thought was a major issue with my vehicle.
Upon inspection of the “issue” it turned out to be something very minor. They were honest about this and explained it to me and had me on my way.
I should add that they accommodated me right away...as a walk in. Great customer service!!
They were very professional and reasonable.
I will definitely be returning for any other “issues” that might occur ;) and also will highly recommend to anyone needing any work completed on their vehicle.

Blackburn automotive is the best service I have had at a automotive place. They are friendly, honest and reliable. The service was also done quickly. The owner Rod went out of his way to find the part I needed, at a reasonable price. Phil, the automotive technician, took the time to test drive my car after work was completed to make I was happy with the work done. I would hands down give them 5 stars. These guys are amazing , I got estimate from them that was so reasonable and fair priced out. They did a fantastic job on my car. I pleasantly surprised when I pick up my car ,they cleaned the inside and outside, these guys really do care about each and every car and I highly recommend this shop to anyone! I highly recommend Milton Automotive and Alignment to anyone needing a quality mechanic!! I was born and raised in Milton but live about 6 hours away now. I plan, whenever I can, to get my repairs done at Blackburn while I visit with family. They are always able to get my car in for repair in a timely manner and are extremely thorough. Not only did they fix the problem but they went above and beyond. My engine has never been so clean!!! It feels good to send my vehicle to a place that takes such pride in their work!!! Highly recommend!!!
