Competent, nice and helpful owner when you meet him in person. However, he needs to improve on his patience when speaking with customers on the phone. I understand it might be because he is swamped being a one-man business. Asides that, they are excellent at their job and their prices are really good.

Saw me at a moment's notice, and was able to fix my issue.
Forgot to give a receipt and admitted he had gotten the wrong muffler(or just the wrong flange?) but was able to make it work(which as a layperson is concerning but hopefully isn't a big deal). Idk, I'd prefer this get rectified, but still I wouldn't avoid them if I needed the help and had few options.

Luis was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the repairs came under what I was expecting to pay and he even took care of a persistent issue with my tpsm sensors when that wasn't something that was even brought to his attention. I think this is my new local go to mechanic.

One of the best mechanics, if not the best. What I like about him? First, I like the guy who invests to enhance his service. The day I met Luis, he told me about a new scanner he had invested heavily in it. He also have the tools to do the work. As a BMW owner, not all of the tools are available with regular mechanics. Second, he gave me the feeling that her cared about my bucks. While he could have replaced directly the failed part, he told me I will give it a try to fix it. Add to this his integrity and honesty. When my son had a problem with his 2011 infinity, I advised him to go to Ami-go directly

Ami-go Automotive is by far one of the finest mechanic shops I have been to in over 30 years for my BMW. Their service, work, and ethics are unmatched. I have recommended them to anyone who needs car work, and will continue to do so in the future. All of that being said, they are a small shop that you should definitely call ahead and speak to Luis about your issue and then to book an appointment. From the very first time with speaking to Luis about my problem he was very patient and informative and never tried to rush me off the phone even though he was very busy.
