About Us Report

Our mission is to support our patients in the pursuit of quality dentistry in a safe friendly and relaxing environment. After working in various practices as an associate, she set up her first office in Kitsilano. After commuting for 10 years, she decided to purchase a practice closer to home. She loved the friendly hometown feeling of Fort Langley, and in 2005 purchased Bedford Dental Centre.

I am so pleased with Dr. Chen Campbell. This professional dentist goes out of her way to help her patients. I suffered a tooth ache over the New Year season and was seen by Dr. Chen Campbell. She stopped on her way home from Vancouver. There are no words to express how grateful I am. I am also grateful for the caring nature of my hygienist Mindy and the front end staff.
Issue is pretty special too!!

Unhappy with the dishonest behavior that took place with the receptionist. We asked multiple times not to book us if benifits did not cover the work. She took it upon herself to book, (knowing we are paying out of pocket) told me she did not check if it was covered at all and then says "sorry for bad news" when I questioned it. She then went on to patronize me about the work that needs to be done and if we don't follow what they want done we will have to sign our chart each visit. This is the attitude I got after 15 years of being a client and having a question. Clearly, she will not own up to

Everyone at Bedford Dental is welcoming and accommodating, the office is clean and well maintained. I always feel my teeth are well taken care of and I feel comfortable with cleanings and procedures!

The staff are amazing. Never thought I could have such a great experience at a dentist. They really do great work. I had three cavities done in one session absolutely pain free! Dr Chen-Campbell and Helma are incredible.
