My appointment was set at 1:30 pm, I was attended to already at 2pm. The hygienist who did the cleaning on my teeth did the procedure for only 30 minutes compared to my previous visits. Her hand is very heavy as I never felt so pained after the visit. In addition, previously I am being cleaned using the mechanical tootbrush but with this visit, i was only asked to gargle and washed off my teeth due to heavy bleeding.

Amazing service starting right from the front desk receptionist! All the staff I interacted with not only did everything in their control to help me understand and get me to where I needed to be. I went in for a lot of dental work and all the staff and Dr.K helped me beyond my imagination! Thankful we have dentists that are actually there not only doing their job successfully, but willing to help accommodate people along the way! 10 out 10 would definitely recommend Smiles on Souris to anyone looking for a dentist!!

I ended up getting braces done here. After I got my braces off, I never got proper retainers. I got a retainer however it had a hole in it when they gave it to me. They expected me to use it the way it was however it just did not work for me. I was told they’d replace it. Never happened. Called many times to ask about the replacement but every time I’d call, they’d say they’d talk to someone about and call me back. Never got a call back. Seems like they don’t really care about your teeth after you’re all paid for your treatment.

I got a bunch of work done by Dr. Konotopetz and I would absolutely reccomend him to anyone that needs dental work done. He has created a great friendly professional atmosphere which I really appreciated. Everyone in the office was very non judgemental and were able to help me with any questions I had.

I honestly wish I could give this experience negative stars, but one is unfortunately the best option. The staff was very friendly, but the doctor is a joke. What I needed was my wisdom teeth pulled, but this guy told me I needed my jaw fixed and sold me a $400 mouth piece, not covered by insurance, to help with the pain until he could do this very very expensive surgery. I was suffering from very bad headaches daily and this guy canceled appointments and made me wait months. I went across the street and got a second opinion, which was let's take out your wisdom teeth, which are growing the wrong

Not only is Dr.K THE best dentist around his staff and office spaces are amazing ! I cannot say enough amazing things about how he’s changed my life! Gave me my smile back! I hated dentists and had terrible anxiety but he and his staff do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable! Even my kiddos look forward to dentist visits now !
