We have several policies with Mark Neuman's office, and we have for years. The team have always been knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly to deal with. I've always felt that Casey and the team have taken the time to get to know me and my family, and present options that we are comfortable with and in our best interest. Disappointed to see that Google only allows "Good quality/value" quantifications for reviews; Chris Wagar, Office associate far exceeded good quality, good value status - he was outright fabulous! Extremely responsive and professional, as well as compassionate and kind. His assistance help correct the horrible experiences we went through when the purchase of our new home fell through at the last minute. I don't that we would have received the same level of assistance and guidance elsewhere. Chris, you are outright amazing. Respect dude! :)

I am proud to say I started my insurance with this office when it was State Farm, 41 years ago this November. Many faces have changed over the years but some are still here , we have never had a lot of claims, Thankfully but at anytime , if we did they all work hard to make sure we were more than looked after , professionally and confidently. We have borrowed $ for recreational toys as well as everyday vehicles, now as we steer closer to retirement age we are more then confident with the financial advisers helping us with our funds and making sure we have the opportunity for a well planned retirement

First spoke to Chris about house insurance and then upon further discussions later, we decided to switch our car insurance over too. Right from the start, he was honest, helpful, upfront, professional but also he could relatable and a pleasure to talk with. My husband and I love the immediate responses, help with any and all our questions/concerns and the fact that he is always will to talk with us no matter the time. I have been a customer of State Farm since the 1970’s. I have changed agents a few times due to my own relocation or agent retirement. I’m always a bit skeptical of such a change because I like to have a comfortable relationship with my agent. Kevin at the Neumann Agency has done exactly that through a recent series of interactions. Chris made my first experience with this Desjardins insurance agent fantastic when I signed up for home insurance yesterday. I urgently needed home insurance for a house that I am purchasing today because a large on-line insurance broker suddenly backed out at 4:30pm. I called Desjardins at about 4:45pm. Even though they close at 5:00pm, Chris stayed late to worked until after 6:30pm to set up home insurance for me. Thanks to him, and Desjardins smooth new policy set up, I had the proof of insurance in time!
