Marla at W.C. Burgess in Brockville, gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had. We reviewed my policies and we tweaked it so I'd be paying a little less then what I was. I like how honest she was and, how she explained everything in laymen's term. I understood everything without all the legalize I could have gotten.
Marla and I also discussed the documents that came from the head office and we cleared up a number of mistakes.

I spoke with Steve to get myself set up with insurance on the car...not only was he thorough but he also went above and beyond the call of duty and had me insured before I left!
