Thank you for giving our Chanae her legs again. Both TPLO and ACL repair. It was a pleasure to see the miracles you performed for other client's family members when I worked at Allwest for Dr. Sran, but I will always be grateful for your work when our own family dogs needed you as well. I have brought my dog in a couple of times because he has a history of eating rocks.
At Allwest Animal Hospital, you can expect state of the art medical care for your four-legged companions. We believe in nurturing the human-animal bond and creating a harmonious relationship between people and animals. You can expect to be greeted by a courteous receptionist, clean exam rooms, friendly doctors, and caring technicians.
We value our patients and clients, and we appreciate the role we get to play in your pet's health care. Make sure to take note of the expiration dates, as we change our special offers from time to time. Again, all of us at Allwest Animal Hospital want to thank you and your pets for being a loyal member of our community.
Water is fine until the morning of the procedure. We recommend taking it away when you wake up that morning, so your animal has a small amount of time without it before coming in. For routine surgeries pick up is same day between 5:00-6:30 pm on weekdays and 12:00-2:30 pm on Saturdays. For orthopedics and other major surgeries, we may require your pet to stay overnight and pick up will be next day between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm.

We brought our boy Levi, to Allwest a few years ago for TPLO surgery. Coming from Vancouver Island, spending the night, ferry cost etc, was SO WORTH IT! Rhiannon and Dr. Sran were so caring, kind, reassuring and loving. When our girl, Hazel needed TPLO surgery, we didn’t hesitate to call and what a relief it was to hear Rhiannon answer the phone. We got Hazel in on December 20 and she is doing very well a month post op and we will take her back to see Dr. Sran for her 6 week x-rays. We are so grateful for having found this clinic, thank you for taking such good care of our dogs!

Don't know what's happened lately, but the staff here have booked me appointments for days they aren't open, not discussed cost of anything until after it is done and refused any payment plan options. Used to like this place, but I am switching vets if this is how they want to conduct business.

After making the heartbreaking decision that every pet owner dreads, I booked an appointment to humanely euthanize my beloved dog. Two days before the appointment I called the office to prepare my invoice ahead of time so that I could pay for it and not have to worry about it on the day (or following days) after the procedure. I recieved a call back with my "quote" however I was warned that because Dr. Sran is looking to retire over the next few years, he has increased his rates for euthanasia because he does not want to do this procedure anymore. I was then quoted over $800 for my 20 lb. dog.

Rhiannon and Dr Sran were awesome. They still check on my dog almost a year later through texts. Very personable and professional. My husky (breeze) is doing awesome after her TPLO surgery and loving life again. Not to mention a excellent price too. Thanks again to the team at allwest!

My cat had a terrible accident and dislocated her elbow. I was really worried about her but all of the staff were exceptionally helpful and amazing. They made me feel comfortable and I knew my cat would be ok in their capable hands. Dr. Sran did an amazing job with the surgery and the follow up care with Jas, Paul and Rhianon was top notch. Of course the staff at the front desk were superb - patient, friendly and took their time explaining the billing to me as well as providing follow up calls. I highly recommend this clinic if you are looking for excellent, reliable, friendly and affordable care

Great people. You can tell that everyone here loves animals. My dog's surgery went great. The after care is amazing. Even got a call a few days after just to see how my dog was doing. Informative and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

We brought our dog Eddie in for a TPLO surgery and the treatment was top notch. The front office staff are very communicative and positive, I immediately got the sense that they care deeply for every single animal that comes through their doors.
Rhiannon the surgery nurse, is truly professional and caring. Her instructions both pre- and post-surgery were clear and thorough. She follows up constantly and allows you to send her texts/pics with questions! Her service is the best I've experienced at a vet.

The front workers were fantastic. My son and I wore masks, the Vet didn't. She also scared my dog (Labradoodle 1.5yrs) and put a muzzle on him. She didn’t greet him before touching him and grabbing his legs. He was scared and tucked his tail in and barked. She called a nice man in to muzzle my dog. He commented on how he was scared and not agressive. He asked if she had given him a treat first, she said no. Unfortunately this wasn't a good fit for us.

Amazing staff that dealt with our extremely fearful turned aggressive 100lb dog during his neutering procedure. I have been going to this animal hospital since our dog was 8 weeks old and have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone in the hospital. They are professional, affordable, and they CARE about your animal. We will continue to bring future animals here for their amazing care.
*don’t worry staff, next on Linus’ visits is a few visits to a trainer to help us with his attitude when he is scared!

Dr.Sran and his staff were a great help to my service dog Shadow in his time of need. They helped him as much as possible until the very end. When it came to having to do the most upsetting thing, Rhianon was… there for us through the whole thing, until his last breath. Thank you Dr.Sran, Rhianon, Jaspinder, Paul and Rebecca for everything you did.

We brought in our cat Garfield who had been missing for 6 weeks and was severely malnourished. They not only took care of his health needs but also cuddled him. From the initial treatment to calling us at home to check in not only on Garfield but also on our other cat to make sure he was doing well with the transition. Truly caring team. Thank you so much

My husband and I had the good fortune of discovering Allwest Animal Hospital when we adopted two Siamese kittens this past summer. We took them there to get spayed/neutered and shots, and have also had occasion to visit recently when one the kittens got quite sick, giving us an awful scare. I can't tell you how impressed we have been with Dr. Sran's care, compassion and knowledge, as well as the wonderful customer service from all of the front desk staff. We are very happy to know that our little ones are in such good hands for anything they might need, and would highly recommend Allwest

Allwest Animal Hospital is one of a kind. Hummer, our large two year old Bernese Mountain Dog Cross, had a horrible accident when he ran out in front of an armored personnel carrier during army exercises in out vicinity. His right back leg was severely damaged. The femur was broken into two parts, and the tibia was split lengthwise, with one whole side of the bone (lengthwise) missing as well as the skin and flesh. The paw was dangling. His head and hip were injured, but less severe. The prognosis was not good. We were advised to have the whole leg amputated, or have him put down. We were determined

I have brought my dog in a couple of times because he has a history of eating rocks. The first time Dr. Sran surgically removed 3 pounds of rocks out of my dog and a few months later again removed a rock out of him. The Dr. and the staff are so helpful and made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going to happen and explained the entire procedure to me including aftercare for when I brought him home. They were all confident and efficient and their main concern is always the animal. Would recommend this hospital to anyone. My favorite vet by far.
