Not happy with this place, they don't care about customers at all, don't make proper payment arrangements with the bank, lie to you, the lady who said she got me at an acceptable interest rate lied, I caught her in the act of lying so many times. I would never come back here. I'd highly suggest trying a different company.

Went in to test drive a few sets while in process of selling them my car. Sales lady was very energetic , and happy ; to the point she was moving wheels from stores before I was fully ready to finance again. I decided on passing on the current sets available that day and sent a list of more options I’d be more interested in.
I was informed I had left a credit application so if we found one I could get payment information quicker as our schedule runs fairly tight. I was never sent any options from said list though they said they had them.

Knowing they have several locations, I checked the inventory online before heading to the nearest location. As soon as I told the salesman I was not looking for financing, just wanted to pay in full for a used car his whole attitude changed. Told me they had nothing on that lot but he would look around at the other locations and call me when he found something. Not one phone call or text from them and I know they have several vehicles in the city that fit my criteria. We asked the salesman what would happen if an issue did come up, and he said they would "make it right". As a rule I generally don't like House Of Cars. Family has had awful experiences with many. However I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt after a friend had a good experience at Olympic Park. Booked a test drive online and that went fine. However when I arrived, I waited for 30 minutes to speak with the sales associate that I was meeting with. After getting the keys and the plate, I was told that it was a fully inspected car. The car was lowered ( not an issue for me) however it was also straightpiped. As much as I am okay with a loud exhaust, this was 1. Too loud, and 2. A DEALER car

Where do I even begin… Lianna is amazing! I am a university student that was looking for a first car, every place I went to did not really seem to care about getting me a good deal. Other dealers would just try to sell me anything at prices that were not fit for me as a student. With Lianna, she went far and beyond to find something in my budget and got me the greatest deal out of anyone I went to. She is the first person that I’ve ever came across that cares this much about her customers and it does not go unnoticed.

I am not impressed. They advertise loss leader vehicles which they tell you are sold only after you come in - pretty sure that is illegal but certainly unethical. Not transparent or honest. More interested in financing a vehicle then selling a vehicle. Most vehicles I was interested in had an accident history.
I note they are NOT Better Business Bureau accredited, which does not surprise me.
I would stay clear. Buyer beware.

I went to this place hoping to get a vehicle I wanted but boy did they ever screw me over! I am driving a 2017 Hyundai Elantra from this used car dealership House of Cars and I figure this is awesome until I went to Hyundai them selves and got told not even a brand new 2018 Elantra isn't worth that much. I highly recommend other dealerships especially if your trading your vehicle
