Good experience purchasing my corolla from this place. Jim was very respectful, he didn't try to push a sale, and was very helpful. There was an issue opening my door lock using the physical key and Jim personally took time on a Sunday to drive over and take a look. The issue had to be resolved at the Toyota dealership and luckily the fix was covered by an extended warranty. But it was refreshing seeing how much a used car dealership cared about its customers even after the sale.

Our Bonnybrook Auto Sales experience with Jim was wonderful. I would say it was the complete opposite experience you create in your mind about car buying. Jim was warm, open, interested in what we wanted, generous with his time and worked seamlessly to get us the vehicle we wanted without stress. After a long search for the best dealership we finally landed on this wonderful guys! Sent a friend here, single mom of 4 who just lost her dad, to buy a vehicle. within a couple of weeks engine light is on. fuel sensor and issues with being able to fill the car with gas. lives out of town now driving on the highway and this dealership refuses to fix it even though she paid for extra warranty. they told her to come in and all they did was clear the code and send her on her way. buyer beware I guess. will try to see if AMVIC can help get it fixed or get it returned to them. Garbage!

I've dealt with Jamel at Bonnybrook Auto since around 2008. He's always done great work and the handful of close friends I have sent there over the years have all had good things to say. If you're looking for a relatively inexpensive car that is running well and ready to go I'd suggest going in and checking out what they have. Great guys.

I bought a car from here a couple of months ago. I asked that they change the oil as it appeared dirty and smelled burnt. Their in house mechanic had a look and told me it was fine and I could drive it for another 6 months or 10k. I took it yesterday to my own mechanic for an oil change and was told the oil and filter couldn't have been changed for at least 20k. I saw the filter myself and watch it disintegrate in his hands. He said he had never seen a filter in such bad shape. It was actually seized and took extra care to remove it so as not to damage the housing. Obviously they do the minimum
