Not only did it take many calls to talk to someone about setting up a quote for installation of mini-splits, but we have been waiting almost 2 weeks to receive a quote after their visit. If they don't respond to customers who want their business, what kind of respond would you get for a problem call!

ProGas crew worked overtime Friday night to complete the installation of a complicated heat pump and furnace in 2 days. Kam was particularly resourceful in making things operate, including correcting the work done by my electricians. He was the only one of 3 heating companies to suggest a heat pump instead of AC to cool the home in order to take advantage of government rebates. He also advised putting in more ducts to handle air flow in our older home. I agree with other comments about their professionalism and look forward to working with ProGas on the maintenance of the system. 2 thumbs up!

We were lucky enough to find Pro Gas North Shore some years back, but their service during the Covid-19 crisis has been over the top. When their full Fall service schedule had a break we booked them for their first look at our seven year old system. Not only did they find significant issues, but when they re-attended to fix them the owner himself showed up. Fortunately for us the hot water heater sits right next to the furnace and Kam noticed that its crucial exhaust pipe had never been properly installed. This is an actual hazard and Kam fixed it and installed a CO2 detector for less than it would

ProGas. NO GAS!
Back on February 26, 2020 I called Pro Gas to service my non-working boiler and they replaced the control board and damper motor for $1,800 which seemed very high to me. We had a great spring and summer so our boiler was not in use for 6 months. With the onset of the colder weather we started using the boiler in October and it started making strange noises and stopped heating our house again. I took a video of the boiler making the noise and sent it to ProGas along with a request to call me. The next day I did not receive a call back so I called them and asked if they received

Lance was prompt, attentive and thorough in inspecting our major gas appliances. And he was an excellent communicator, both before and during the site visit. Over the years I've hired Pro Gas North Shore to do a number of different projects around my home. They have run a gas line to install a gas fireplace and also for my BBQ, installed a new gas stove, replaced a gas furnace and most recently after our hot summer, installed central air conditioning in our older house.
Their guys have always been courteous, tidy and have great attention to detail, making the extra effort to make the job look perfect. Their pricing has always been most reasonable.
