Please check your facts before buying with Patrick Hobbs. Note: he was the seller's agent ...Very very deceiving. Would do anything for a quick sale! We'll be filing a complaint for misrepresentation after he sold a house to us neighboring a party airbnb with a long complaints record after we specifically raised the concern. Since we moved in, every weekend is just a party and we can't enjoy our home. His answer was ... complain to the SCRD. Why should we deal with this when we wouldn't have bought this house to begin with, had he disclosed it. I would not recommend dealing with this brokerage
