Tiah Workman has been providing notarial services since 1993. She operates a busy and successful practice in Nanaimo where she is a well-known and respected member of the community. Nanaimo has become the destination of choice for a large number of seniors. We are often assisting seniors whose family members may live in another part of the country or out of the country.
If you complete and submit our online version below, the fee is $55.00 to edit the consent letter and take your signature. For a simple document or certified copies, our fees are $40.00 for the first signature and $20.00 for each signature after that. For all other fees, please call or e-mail our office for a quote.

We were recommended to use their services but unfortunately were not happy with the outcome. They messed up some paperwork, and overcharged a lot. They did fix it but then they did not help us with our property taxes which were very close to tax time, resulting in a penalty for us. We were told most notaries explain that and do it during the time. When we were in there, we felt like nothing was explained thoroughly and we were left confused. When we did ask a question, it was not answered really and kind of brushed off. We felt rushed and it was not a positive experience. It also seems like any

I would not recommend using the services of this firm,. I called requesting an appointment for a document witnessing and an electronic signature. I received an email stating that they could not fulfill my request. I called to discuss this, and my call was never returned.Two weeks later, I received an invoice for $71.00 for the services they could not provide. Your office has a communication problem, the facts stated in your reply to my previous post was totally incorrect.

I just closed ownership on my very first home. I'M A HOMEOWNER NOW! Me being me, it was not a straight up purchase; I had to go and add renovations to my mortgage because apparently I like making things complex. To top it all off, it's April 2021 - Year two of the Pandemic and crazy shutdowns. Purchasing my very first home during this period was a wild experience full of all kinds of crazy requirements and by the time I got to Tiah and her wonderful team at Pacific Station Notary, I was stressed to the max to say the least. Tiah Workman was recommended to me by my mortgage specialist at TD, and I can understand why she was recommended.
First, I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness of the receptionist Amber, who was able to answer all of my questions and very promptly at that (I had e-mailed them), and each time I e-mailed her as well.
Tiah was also super fast to reply to all my e-mails, which I really appreciate, as I do not like using the phone (I prefer in-person or e-mail).
I also enjoyed the office dog :) I'll definitely be using this office again for my future notary needs. I only wish all businesses

Besides the fact that her services are grossly overpriced, I had to send a perfectly correct document with the correct signature back to SK because Tiah thought that it was processed incorrectly in SK by my signee's lawyer when in fact it was not processed incorrectly. I did not complain to Tiah at the time (a few years ago), but since then I realize that her prices are much too high, and she should not have had me send a perfectly acceptable document back to the SK lawyer to be resigned and re-processed and then sent back to me in BC twice.

We had a terrible experience with Tiah. Be warned that she will gouge you and that she is neither empathic nor compassionate when it comes to working with seniors, lacking basic human judgment and graciousness.
It was extremely disappointing to see her cut-throat approach to business and her callousness toward elderly people in the community.
