We are a pediatric dental speciality clinic proud to be serving Saskatoon since 2008. Our pediatric dentists are board certified by the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and have additional specialty training (3 to 4 additional years after their general dentist training) to specialize in the care of children.
Children are not little adults and so they deserve special consideration related to their well-being, growth and development. Our goal is to guide your child through this weird world of dentistry and to develop a positive attitude towards oral health and their dental experience. Services
We recognize and celebrate our patient's individuality. We do not expect our patients to conform! Where is the fun in that? We work hard to understand our patient's needs and wishes and are able to offer a variety of experiences to meet their dental needs. Our treatment rooms are fully enclosed limiting noise and allowing for patient privacy.
We are committed to providing the highest standard of dental care for your child. We believe that your child's well-being is a reflection of many factors, not the least of which is his/her support network. We consider our role as a part of this network to be a privilege and we take that responsibility seriously.
We ask that a parent or legal guardian be present at all appointments. We prefer one parent/guardian to be present in the treatment room, unless otherwise discussed. This means that children who are not receiving care must either be left under the supervision of an adult in the waiting room or at home.
Cancellation policy: We kindly ask that if your child is unable to attend a dental appointment, that you provide us with 48 hours advance notice of the cancellation so that we may accommodate another child. We understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise which may not make this possible, in which case we will be glad to reschedule.
This office is a pediatric dental specialty practice. Pediatric dentists have additional education and training associated with the development and treatment of children and persons with special health care needs. We charge specialist fees in accordance with the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan.

Dr. Koneru and her team consistently provide a fantastic experience! My son looks forward to his appointments. Dr. Koneru is highly aware of adapting to sensory concerns and has a way of allowing children to feel safe while encouraging cooperative behaviour and an overall a positive outcome. My son looks forward to his appointments, especially the novelty of watching his favourite tv show during his check-up and being able to pick a toy afterward.

The office did good work in terms of the dental procedure, minus the 2+ hour delay in our start time. Unfortunately they charge specialist rates, so even with two plans that should cover 100% of the benefits, the specialist rates exceeded our group health and dental plan maximums leaving us with a substantial fee to pay out of pocket. I guess one should always verify with their plan before booking any procedures so it's not such a shock when the bill comes in.

My 8 year old had a tooth that had fused to the bone and was stuck. He was nervous to have it out but the staff at Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry was kind and welcoming and put him at ease. And when he started to hiccup through the entire extraction they didn't let it phase them and carried on!

My son is 15 and is non-verbal autistic. He has been seeing Dr Koneru for years. He broke a tooth and needed it repaired this time around as well had his check up and cleaning. Dr Koneru and Claire did a great job to put Luke at ease and help him feel safe. He had all of his work done without incident and with minimal sedation.

My son suffers from anxiety and Dr. Koneru and her staff have been providing his care for over 10 years! It scares me to think he’s going to grow out of the pediatric level and he won’t find a dentist and office as accommodating as this team, they even phone us after appointments to make sure he’s doing well! I can’t say enough good things about Saskatoon Pediatric Dentistry. Two thumbs way up 👍👍
