We are different from your general dentist in that our team and facility is designed specifically to address complex dental treatment needs which may include unfavorable bite situations, difficult esthetics, unstable dentitions and/or a severe loss of tooth structure. Dental Team Report

Dr. Clark earned her Bachelor's of Science in 1994 and her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996. She practiced as a general dentist for four years while teaching several courses at the dental college. She completed a post-graduate program in prosthodontics as well as a Masters of Science degree from the University of Iowa in 2003.

Parking & Access Report

Our office is located on the second floor and our entrance is located on the west side of the building. Complimentary parking is available on both the north (facing 8th Street East) and west (facing Ewart Ave.) sides of the building. We welcome you to use our stairwell if you are able. For those patients who would be more comfortable using an elevator, we have an accessibility lift available for your convenience.

Inital Examination Report

Mail, fax, or scan and email it back to us so we can provide you with the best possible treatment based on your referring dentist's recommendations. We will ask you to complete paperwork consisting of some personal information as well as a health questionnaire. Your personal information will only be shared with other health professionals assisting in the completion of your care.

Dental Insurance Report

We do not take assignment of dental benefits, but are pleased to assist you with the completion of paperwork for your dental insurance provider. Insurance companies generally reimburse to the level of the general practitioner's fee guide. Prosthodontic specialty fees are higher. Our office policy is to assist you as much as possible to realize your dental plan benefits.

Dr. Clark didn't spend with me even a minute (without exaggeration!), didn't look into my mouth, but charged me for a "specific exam" in the amount of $100. After I've heard she is a good specialist, but somehow I cannot feel good about what happened to me.
